Payment Methods

  • With Cash upon your delivery order.

  • By credit/debit card
  • Payment at the physical point of sale GENOMED
  • Deposit/or transfer into the company's bank account
    (In case the deposit is not made within 2 working days, the
    order would be rejected )


Additional Information

  • As the reason for the deposit, fill in the service code or the product’s and full name.
  • When the deposit is made by any other bank , Greek or foreigner, the costs of the transaction are borne exclusively by the customer.


Shipments within Greece

  • For purchases over 80 euros, you do not incur shipping and cash on delivery costs.
  • The products are delivered to your place through a partner courier company, with a delivery time of 1-3 working days.
  • In case any of the products are not available, we will inform you about the delivery time of your order.


Product Returns
You can return the products you bought within 14 days of receipt and after you have notified it by email at info@ genomed-gen.gr or through the contact form.
One of our partners will undertake the completion of the process and will inform you about its progress . Returns are only accepted if the products are in the condition you received them, without opening the package, as well as being accompanied by the retail receipt or sales invoice.

  • In case of a mistake by our company, we will replace the product at our own shipping costs.
  • If the products you have received have exceeded the date, we will replace the product at our own shipping costs
  • If the product is decayed or damaged during transport, do not receive it. Inform us about the incident and we will replace it for you completely free of charge.
  • In the event that there is no error on the part of our company, only the amount of money corresponding to the value of the products is being returned, while the shipping costs are borne exclusively by the customer.
  • If the product is used or the original packaging is damaged, the return is not accepted.
  • Refunds are made within 14 days of the return and receipt of the products. The refund is made to the customer’s debit/credit card.
  • In the event that the return is not made within a period of fourteen (14) days from the day of receipt or some of the return conditions are not met, the company has the right not to accept the products back and not to proceed with their replacement.

In case the product has been shipped and you have received it, do not open the manufacturer's packaging and contact us to

cancel the order.
Refund costs or delivery and return transport costs are solely borne by the customer.
